Grüße nach England, greetings from Germany

Hello all - just a quick one form me to say I have not been paid in any way by Drift Energy to make this film. I just heard about it, thought it was cool, and wanted to make a film on it for my blog! more at lawrencedsilva.com 🐸

Why generate it under a sailing boat, thereby decreasing the performance of the sailing boat/hydrofoil boat. If one opts for generating hydrogen better do it directly by generating electricity in tidal flows, rivers, wind turbines, PV, etc. This approach is just complicating things.

Great review, if the looks of the roadster puts anyone of there’s always the coupe version, a remap taking them up to just over 100 BHP makes all the difference, if you want a Smart roadster in your life when buying get it checked out before parting with the cash there probably one of the most reliable cars you can own, but there getting old now better to pay a bit more for a good one.

I really enjoyed this review. I did fancy one of these as a runaround/weekend car but I now live in Canada where these things are pretty much banned I think. I feel the Coupe has much, much better styling at the back. One day i might be able to take one for a spin.

Simply put, fracking is pumping nuclear waste into the ground. This waste always, and without fail, always surfaces in a few years, weeks. Our food takes it all. Also a distraction from the well hushed chemtrailing toxic killer.

Nice Lawrence - since you made the video, the economics has shifted further, as has the internal debate - the Kenyan Energy Regulator has indicated it is not in support because, actually, there is not enough energy demand for the energy this plant will provide (they also advise against one of the new geothermal plants for the same reason) and this surplus supply will increase prices for consumers...

I really enjoyed this Lawrence, thanks for your efforts. Some lovely drone shots of Yorkshire - what a beautiful place at risk of being tarnished by this pointless industry. One of the real factors that the government seem to have overlooked is that none of the shale companies in the US have made any money! Even in areas where the resources were deemed to be abundant the companies are now going bust having wracked up massive amounts of debt. Is this the model we want imported to the UK? Jeremy Legget has some really interesting facts on this if people want to find out more: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHyzk2tqgaiDf9U

This is a technology that has more myths than realities, many of the myths have been created by people who are unaware of the hydraulic fractioning. I hope that in the near future we can have more real information and accurate data on different soil types.

The trees and hedges in Yorkshire have long gone.... the loss of which effectively kills life and air, because both essential life. We are as ever so busy killing our forests and hedges (in the Amazon alone -the world's last remaining real rain forest - we humans are cutting it down in increments the size of the Belgium per month) All of Mother Earth's natural flora and fauna is in decline / extinction. So defending that one real essential to all life WATER - keep up your brave good work - we live in a strange world whem defending such is deemed a criminal offence.

Recently bought a remapped brabus coupe version puts out about 131 hp now... not back breaking but wow... such fun! Cornering is improved due to the wheel and suspension tweaks... just a shame about the leaking issues. Definitely a 'garaged until sunny' kind of vehicle. Great toy... at a reasonable price!

good luck to all who stand against this carry on, the landscape already provides the energy needed fracking needs to be banned everywhere and anyone who signs off on it to be done needs to be sued drag it into the courts and keep it in there until you win, thanks to all who refuse to allow it happen. be safe folks and never give up.

Impressive documentary highlighting the main issues with fracking in England. Please note though that Germany hasn't banned fracking outright, there is a moratorium in place. The following countries have legislative bans in place: France, Bulgaria, Albania, Ireland and Scotland. Details here: bit.ly/FrackingBansEurope

It's great to see a recent review of this car. I bought a coupe version 6 months ago and just wish I could find more roundabouts and windy roads to drive it on! Great value at only £3100 (11 years old in 2017). Its been very reliable so far. If you look to buy one, lift the carpet behind the seats and check for a puddle of water, or signs of significant damp.

Drone shots of Spiaggia Portu S'ilixi and some and some shots around town in Cagliari, Sardinia. The beach is quite awkward to get to (which makes it more fun). In mid October it was still very warm. Hiking up to the top of the mini mountain at the top of the beach takes around 20-30 mins of steep clambering. At sunset it was one of the most spectacular places I have been. Quite creepy coming down in the dark and seemingly no one around.

Panasonic GH5 Slow Motion Test. 180fps. Shutter Speed set at double frame rate. It was a sunny day but I stupidly left the ND filter on. At such a fast SS the images would be a bit less noisy without it. First time I've tested the slo mo. Not being able to record sound at the same time is a bit jarring. Overall really impressed with the camera though! For comparison, cricket is a similar speed to a baseball batter. (P.s bowling machine half volleys 70mph - joyous)

Well done Lawrence. I've had ... I wont bore...lots of serious sport cars. Simultaneously, I've kept one of these at holiday home in warm place. It's 13 year old I've had it 8 years, it's never let me down, it's my favourite car of all time. I thread this thing at speed on smooth very twisty roads in the mediterranean, It's brilliant. If you can't get to grips with the robotic auto and paddle shift..get another hobby, coz you ain't no good. Comparisons with the Elise are reasonable but this is better made and much more comfortable...it is something you can use every single day. Now I'm looking for it to be made over completely, because I love it and I've mistreated it but it just keep coming back, smiling, for more. Wonderful B road sportster.
