This program is so incredible. They started with 1 therapist, a barn manager and 2 volunteers, 2 horses and 2 patients in a "borrowed facility" Within 6 months, the program had expanded exponentially. They are still in the same barn and desperately need to get the new barn built.

Great interview! I learned so much about AIC Hotel Group's resorts. The details about their different brands, wedding packages, and kids clubs were super helpful. It's interesting to hear that the average age at Hard Rock all-inclusives is actually 45-65, not the party crowd I expected. The emphasis on food quality and unique experiences at each resort really stood out. Thanks for addressing the safety concerns too - always good to hear directly from someone in the industry.
