Reese isn’t growing nothing. She holds the WNBA single season record for the most missed shots within 5 ft. Nobody is watching that 💩.

Yessss. i feel the relief already. i was making the mistake of putting the pillow directly under my back where the source of pain was instead of positioning it further down to raise my pelvis. It works. At least now i wont feel like got kicked in the back when i wake up.

Saying her whole game has revolved around her shot is kinda limited. She also broke the WNBA record for assists in her rookie year (single game and entire season). Assists are a big part of a basketball player's game - just sayin;)

I immediately subscribed after watching this video. Im 19 years old with EDS and it has been one of the greatest struggles of my life, and the symptoms are so hard to diagnose that I was really only diagnosed about 6 months ago. My goal is to be able to do the sports and athletic activities that I have a passion for. Not even without pain, I just want to do the stuff I love and not get injured. You're a Godsend bro, this is the only good video I've seen on EDS. Keep the videos coming!

I'm concerned that consulting a chiropractor isn't mentioned. My ribs slip SEVERAL times a year, sometimes I feel like they are out more than in. I visit my chiropractor every 3 weeks, and the relief I get when he pushes my ribs back in is euphoric. I'm more interested in what I can do to strengthen everything around my ribs to hopefully keep them in place??

THANK YOU. You have no idea how long it just tookk me to find a video of someone doing an air squat correctly - at full depth and sending the hips back first. You are my hero.

Amazing video. Really appreciate the advice. Just annoyed that the OA I have in my knees means there's no way I can do a lot of these exercises. I can't get up. It's annoying as I've always been mega fit, but now EDS has got a hold in ways I'd never have imagined and impacted my life. However, I'm going to try to do the ones I can.

Thousands upon thousands of hours of practice with some god given ability thrown in. Personslly, in my playing days, I preferred to pull up while going left. It was much easier to square up moving that way. Moving to the right I always felt like I was coming across and had to turn more, which threw off my release point.🤷

I injured my right knee at the state championship game my senior year, I didn't know at the time I had torn my meniscus, this lead me to go left and shoot off my left foot, when I was allowed to go left I couldn't miss, I even played against the college basketball players while I was at college, I was only 5'8" and they couldn't guard me until they realized I always went left, when they started shutting me down my assists went WAY UP,

Which means most likely she is left eye dominant and right handed which also means her “mechanics” are no different than anyone else’s, it just looks awkward to the typical RE/RH and LE/LH person🤦♂️
