(4 small pieces of ginger 3 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup of fried onion 2 small tomato 1 tbs roasted Chana 1 tbs khuskhus 1 tbs coconut slices ) Mix all this and make a smooth paste. 4 eggs boiled, cut into two pieces. Heat pan and add 3 tbs oil, Add 1 tbs cumin seeds, Few black pepper pods, Few cloves , Few cinnamon sticks, 1 black cardamom Suate Few seconds then add tomato and coconut paste. Saute a minute Now add 2 tsp red Chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, Salt to taste. Mix all and add little water and saute few seconds. Adjust your choice gravy And add boiled eggs. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
