Fascinating but now I’m so depressed.. just when I felt there was hope for a higher vibrational lifetime, I find out we can’t escape. I’m in my 70s and trying to be the best I can be. Thank you for this information…😢😮

It's not dangerous. Yoga is more about moving the body and breathing. Also look into kundalni activation - the more feminine way of activating the energy.

I was a zen student -koan an roshi- for more than 13 years. My kundalini Struck me down for one Month and i throught i was going creasy. I had the feeling my back Burns away and is on Fire. It was surely Not the best experiece. A Year later i Landed in the void. And sure It was the most soft warm black - or so-,i had ever Seen. It was me or a partical or so of me. Whatever. But i had a feeling of happines i never had ever felt before and never ever afterwards. It was worth It.

I hated it. It felt like I was in a sensory deprivation chamber where there was no stimulus, all alone surrounded by emptiness but at least I knew my consciousness existed outside of this physical body. Would prefer to have been in a realm where there was at least something I could see and witness like a heavenly realm.
