i have a 1997 Corolla AE111 that has a 4afe engine, its fuel injected but uses a distributor, sparkplug wires and im interested to buy the ft450, install it in my car and replace the old stock Toyota ECU. all i want is to see live data like checking the average fuel consumption, trip meter, TPS, O2, fuel level and coolant temp . i don't have any intention of tuning to a performance car, i wanna keep the car stock, its like the FT450 dash/ecu becomes a multi information display for my old car. can i do it? also i plan to keep the old sensors, connect it to the FT450. maybe in the future upgrade to coil on plug ignition also. lastly can i see avg fuel consumption on the ft450?

You don’t need a “hi tech” ECU, there is majority preference for hondata because it just work well, realible and OEM. Reasons to swap for fuel tech are meaning less, I got my hondata with AIM logger and works like a clock
