My grandma still has her Frankenstein one and it’s been in the family since I was born. It’s a 1993 model and works flawlessly. Every year I still go to her house to decorate it as we always have and I take extra care of it so it still works so I can show my kids. Happy Halloween!

We had a version of this prop in the mid-90s when I was a kid. It was great b/c it looked like a static prop. So it startled every single trick-or-treater when it suddenly moved and talked! It was probably $15 back then and the best prop ever.

We would camo our guns and mout sights. Lots of fun

I just finished swapping out a replacement music box in one of these. I couldn't figure out the tune on mine either. I carefully pulled out the 3 nails holding the bottom in place and found that 5 of the little chime fingers were broke off. Most music boxes are very similar, so I only had to drill 1 hole in the wooden base to make it work.

I have one of these that I am considering donating to Goodwill. Is it a collector's item or worth a lot of money?

You need to follow the directions & fix his wings. HOW TO POSITION THE WINGS 1. Carefully unpack character from the box 2. Hang the character on a wall 3. Straighten out the wings (so theyre completely horizontal) 4. Gently bend both wings to about 45 degree angle (which looks like a slightly wide V) Then bend the outer top section of the wings downward (so they more resemble bat wings)
