I've just recently went back to praying the Holy Rosary in Latin daily and it helps to bring me some peace of mind and spirit. In the process, though, it stirs up a lot of emotions, especially as I'm praying for my adult kids and their families and whatever hardships they might be going through. I think it's because it makes me vulnerable and my heart desires nothing more than to let go and let God. These days I'm not in the true sense a practicing Catholic; hopefully, though, God, our Lord Jesus Christ and Blessed Mother Mary will continue to help me in my life's journey as I am still wondering in the desert. May God bless us all and give us His peace.

My Friend, It may be necessary for us to dive a little deeper around the The Requirement/ Obligation/ Mandate to remain Obedient. In looking at Jesus Christ, I think about the rules and regulations of his visits to the Synagogue, the reactions , responses and criticisms the religious leaders and teachers of the Law tried to regulate Jesus Christ with when he had an encounter with the people, the church, or with them... What was the rule of law concerning women, the sick and infirmed persons approaching religious leaders? Look let me start again.... When the woman with the sick child approached Jesus to ask for a portion of the masters bread...was she walking in obedience or disobedience? And when Jesus Christ answered her and said in affect that His gift, his coming, and his purpose, and or his target was the lost sheep of Israel and she promptly answered in what sounded like a rebuttal or received his answer, the answer of an authority figure, even God Himself as insuffice when she shot back at Him and said , respectfully, ' but even the dogs enjoy the crumbs that fall from the masters table' Would the governing body of today consider her attempt to pushback and TalkBack disobedience? The holy scriptures are replete with such examples....examples where our strong desires, or spirit experiences won't allow us to turn around and go back home after receiving an answer or after having an experience ( apparitions, or otherwise)... Is God, or His Son operating like a Judge with a gavel? Once the judge smacks the gavel down on the desk no further questions or evidence, or testimony may be submitted or entertained.... And if so, yes you guessed it, what of God's Grace, Loving kindness, and Mercy? Are these higher values/ characteristics/ overarching principles governing our relationship admissable in the big court or proceedings deciding who is or isn't operating out of Obedience?
