If you pay attention to GPU and VRAM clock speeds values you'll know this aint no gtx 1060. GTX 1060 only shows up in game menu which is done intentionally so as to trick the game into "thinking" that GTX 1060 is used. This is just how bypass method works making 4Gb video cards capable of running the game.
