its the motor brushes. they have gone bad. my bosch has the same thing

This washing machine usually does not reach the temperature. When set on 90 it heats at 75-78

Without intensive option, yes. But in this wash it is enabled and heats up when full >86, with smaller loads it can reach more than 90. This is recorded in summer so I assume the water from the tap wasn't as cold as in winter.
