This video is not just explaining how to quick fix brain fog, it's deconstructing the very reason and mechanics of the underlying cause. So the intro doesn't start 10min in.. The analysis is as important as the solution Why not focused? Too many programs running in our minds, saturated operating system Overwhelming thoughts we can do nothing about at this moment All thoughts rob us of energy no wonder we cannot focus Plan is to move from semi conscious state to consciousness, not to regress into unconsciousness, into cycle of exhaustion before we can reach focus... Which is exactly why people need to have a little more patience and listen, and take in the repetition to anchor the understanding, especially when they have brain fog, it's going to take some time before the operating system unlocks

Too much carbohydrate over all food causes brain fog. Lack of certain vitamins can cause brain fog too. But This (meditation, as he said) is the most effective solution. Reading book is another one. But I think Keto diet is effective too! 👌 For me this video is more valuable than my wealth ❣️

Good news! My brain fog healed after 3 months of rigorous regime. The biggest reason for my brain fog was my leaky gut. I want to give some information for those who are interested. My focus was on getting rid of toxins and free radicals out of my brain and body, and restore my gut health. I have made many changes to my lifestyle and have kept a comprehensive dairy of how I felt, what I ate etc. so that I can refer back to it to see which foods cause problems for me and how certain things (such as exercise) affect my mood, energy and brain fog. The biggest obstacle that we face in our health journey is time. Everyone's body is different and the time that it will take to clean itself will also be different. My biggest advice is to continue to push forward with your diet, exercise, sleep, and positive mental state no matter what. Do not let your brain fool you to give up, continue regardless of whether you feel motivated or not. People who get real results are those who can push forward regardless of how they feel at the moment. Drink plenty of water and eat a lot of veggies to help your body get rid of the nasty stuff faster. I have been consuming half a tablespoon of turmeric with a pinch of black pepper, a teaspoon of omega-3, multivitamin and a lot of coconut oil on a daily basis. I have also been drinking one glass of kefir and eating around an ounce of sauerkraut per day to cultivate a healthy gut flora. I cut out gluten, all the junk food and to a large extent diary. I have also cut out many foods that are not allowed for those with psoriasis (such as tomatoes, potatoes etc.). I have cut pretty much all the except black chocolate (20 grams per day). I have been drinking American saffron tea, it has helped immensely to get rid of free radicals in my brain and body. Do not forget that brain fog may be caused by various reasons. Make a lot of research and write down every suggestion that you hear and see on a notebook. Keep trying those suggestions until you get your first results, and believe me, it is very likely that you will get them if you are willing to make some changes to your lifestyle. The fact that you get any results is a sign that you are on the right track and that you should continue to do whatever you are doing. Do not expect miracles on the first weeks or even months of the regime, although they do happen occasionally. Please make sure that you stick to your diet, regular sleeping times, exercise and cleansing (drinking lots of water and eating lots of veggies) no matter what. You should also be optimistic about the regime and that it will work. Try new stuff in addition to those five fundamental things that I just mentioned if you do not notice any results in the first month. Do not forget that initially your condition will get worse, and this may last for a number of months depending on your body. You will experience some relief at times, and sometimes you may feel amazing, but in many cases your brain fog will return again and again. It is critical to not give up on those moments. Your body works in cycles, and after a cycle of cleaning you will feel good. As soon as a new cycle begins, you will see your symptoms get worse. The last point that I want to make is that you should always be easy on yourself and flexible. Do not feel bad and give up if you occasionally stray from your regime, it happens to pretty much every human being on the planet who tries to achieve something big. Start with small steps, and do not try to apply all the changes in one go, because it will suffocate you and you will soon give up. Our bodies are very resistant to change, especially if it comes in a short period of time. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions that you have. I hope that this advice changes your perspective on the issue of brain fog. If someone like me could get rid of it, there is no reason why you should not be able to get rid of it too. Cheers.
