I'll tell you one thing man, your most popular video was on food. I think that should be your target. As someone who has thought about starting a youtube some of the most popular videos and rising stars I've seen are based on food and cooking. Humans like easy, cuddly stuff. That's why people who do entertainment,video games, or cooking have such big masses, the majority of people would rather watch entertainment stuff then things about learning I've seen.
