@@ekwughaacynthia1621 Kojic arbutin contains Kojic acid which exfoliates the skin and due to the frequent over exfoliation the vitamin C in face facts lotion is now making your skin to react thereby leading to white dots. In summary which using Kojic arbutin you should pair it up with a moisturizing lotion not a brightening lotion.
