I agree with all the places listed, crime and homelessness are huge in LA. I’d also add LA METRO is unsafe. If you need to take public transportation don’t ride alone, ride only in the daytime and leave valuables at home or in your hotel. Metro trains are by far the worst! LAPD will not respond to minor property crimes and if you want to file a minor report, expect a delay of HOURS!

The most puzzling thing about Los Angeles is its bad public transport when compared to San Francisco and the SF Bay Area. Sure, Los Angeles is catching up with LAX airport about to have a rail link opening soon, and lots of money spent on new lines and light rail etc. But SF has had its excellent BART rail system since 1972 and SFO airport has had a rail link since 2003! The BART station is literally a 2 minute walk to the International check in area. And even in 2024 there is no convenient public transport from LAX airport to the Disneyland area.

Arriva Hotel, awful. So many bad things about it I could go on and on. I only stayed for one night so put up with the poor conditions, if it had been any longer I would have walked out and booked into the larger hotel across the road.

Amsterdam can be cool if you're looking to chill out for a week or so but the red light district is really over rated. I mean, second time I was there in Amsterdam I went for a stroll through the red light to check things out, I saw one of the prettiest girls I ever saw in my life open the door and let out one of the nastiest guys I ever saw in my life. That pretty much summed it up.

The Shelbourne Hotel definitely needs a mention, iconic would be an understatement. I would rank it No.2, the Westbury is fabulous, my go to hotel when in Dublin.

There are MANY other good restaurants in Mexico City. I guess these restaurants paid for the publicity and most of them are OVERPRICED. It is better to go someplace someone recommends you to visit.

As a fan of Planet Hollywood Las Vegas, I can honestly say that you don't know shit! The rooms are clean and up to date, the staff are incredible and the dining options at the Miracle Mile Shops are are amazing. And don't forget the unbeatable location at center strip.

This entire video is basically, "don't stay at this cheap place, stay at Bellagio or Wynn, it's nicer." Everyone already knows that. People intentionally stay at Stratosphere or Luxor because they don't want to spend thousands of dollars on their hotel. You're comparing apples to oranges. How about you compare affordable hotels to each other?

This list is all out of order. Excalibur is worse than Luxor. Where is Mardi Gras? Super 8? Travel lodge? However for a better stay you can stay in a 3 bedroom duplex at the encore forget the fact it costs $10,000 a night… and for an unforgettable stay may a suggest you switch your motel 6 room for the founders penthouse on top of the palms never mind the 100,000 a night difference. 😂

Pujol and quintonil are very poorly regarded by normal mexicans, its just considered an expensive whitexican presuntuoso tourist trap, not really representative of Mexican gastronomy. Somehow gringos seem to be drawn to it thinking its a wow experience. 😂

For the most part, it might be true. But considering the fact that the narrator is mispronouncing names of different areas, gives me an idea that she has never lived in LA. And the whole video is just bunch of cliche “facts” that you can find anywhere. Be afraid of this and that. FYI it is not good to come to LA at all, at all costs. Stay cozy and safe wherever you are…pls.
