All my life I have known Black Eyes as a gypsy romance, and only now I have learned that its author is our Ukrainian writer Hrebinka. I really liked Mone Chiba last year, her Schindler's list was so beautiful, it will be very interesting to see her new programs.

@@LebedLisa Yes, I have discovered it only recently, too. I am not sure if Misha Ge who choreographed this knew it or not (He most probably did), but hope that Mone and her coaches understand the significance of it. It’s also not well-known in Japan or possibly in skating communities in the world but hopefully Mone should be able to express intricate nuances of the story.
