i have been on youtube a while and just feel your way through vlogs you seem a bit serious which is fine but you face looks a little stiff just loosen up a bit talk to us like your talking to one of your buddies good video

"Uh" and "Umm" is very distracting for a vlog, you should avoid doing this. Sometimes you'll find that you have to restart the entire thing because of one "uh" The light to your left side is fine, but your right side is in need of some. Put your phone on silent. that's important. Move around a bit, when you jump-cut, adjust your position abit. And that's about it, it's a great start!

Keele already said what I would say. One more word of advice, the background is pretty busy, there are a lot of distracting things I find my eyes wandering around the frame while you talk. Besides that great start man, can't wait to see more.

Background music is a bit too loud, although probably a good choice. Take out the water bottle intro. Maybe script your stories out a bit more, you say the same phrases a whole lot and it makes it a lot less funny. Transition more between the story and the 'like and subscribe' part. Good luck.
