Sometimes counter steering just becomes are normal action when driving and you did it without even noticing it your brain just automatically do it with the given physics your at when driving. But to understand counter steer and to actually see it in action you need to go a little fast in a corner where you lean the bike first and use counter steer if you need to get the turn tighter or lighter. Learning it gives you more precise turns and cornering. I first saw counter steer acting when I'm on a wide turn to the right but at higher speed so I have the bike leaned for a longer time then I decided to try counter steer, so I pushed the left handle and the bike leaned over more and makes the turn tigher so I pulled back, then when I pushed the right bar it turns the bike upright.

Is R7 bad for 5’7” ft tall folks? im coming from a ninja 650 and considering an R7 in the future
@ZootsNsouR27 күн бұрын
People don't like it cause they themselves as a rider can't wheelie 😅 kinda the thing the r7 is good for

It has enough power and it looks good too, but for me a proper sport bike should scream till at least 14K rpm

IMO, safety should be the number 1 priority when getting a sports motorcycle. I know it's tempting to ride into the night like a cowboy in RDR2, but just know that speeding with a sports motorcycle in heavy traffic is fatal. 😟 IDK about you, but having a nice looking sports motorcycle and helmet in itself is good enough for me. 😌🤷♂️

My son has an R7 and I like riding it as much or more than my Ducati V4. Nibble with just the right amount of power to be super fun.

I'm really looking forward to getting this bike once I have enough $ to buy a bike and gear again. It's beautiful. It has more than enough performance then I'll ever be able to use. That's my main counter argument is It's price isn't bad and I'll never be able to get the max out of any bike I can get. So I'm going to get one that I love the looks of as well as always been a Yamaha fan

People have there weird thing. If it's not a totally track focused bike they get so mad. Samething with the gsx-8r .. everyone hating on it because it doesn't have peak power. It makes good TQ down low and thru the power band. And has flat power curve over 70whp from 7500rpms to redline. 8R is sports tourer. Handle bars are also high up on that to sit upright

I can tell you exactly what the hate is brother. 1. They called it an R7 and everyone expected it to be the spiritual successor to the older R7 (people were devastated) 2. These days its all about d*ck measuring (more BHP = better). The people talking shit are usually the ones that think chicken strips = faster while theyre riding around with bad body positioning or just riding fast in a straight line etc.. I own an R7, absolutely love it. Its got enough power to get me into trouble and enough power to get me out of trouble. Enjoy your bike, ignore the hates

a twin cylinder for almost $10k 🤡 and has some torque, yeah not worth at all. I could get an R3 for half the price. If I’m spending $10k on a bike I’d rather spend it on a 600 cc 4 cylinder that has power. I don’t think the R7 worth at all for the performance it gives, maybe if I had money to throw away I’d buy it out of curiosity.

I agree 100% when you say no one cares about the size of the bike. I have had a blast on a 250cc in the MSF course the same as my 600F4i. To be honest, I may have had more fun on the 250 lol.
@trillmixin69993 ай бұрын
in my experience all bikes have something to offer if you know what to look for when riding. the issue for me is usually price to performance. r7 isnt worth it when ninja 650 has a similar 0-60 and can already power wheelie as a result.

Aye Yo! Where you be riding at bro? I got the same Blue R7, I work in Montgomery. Some of this scenery looked familiar. Mine still has stock exhaust. I did the 3/8 holes thing to hold me over until I get an exhaust on. Would love to hear this in person with the M4…I’d been looking at SC Project but they are PROUD of their stuff
