Yikes! You need to learn knife skills!! You DON'T cut food ON YOUR HAND! Accident waiting to happen. Please use a larger font where you list ingredients, I can't read it even with my glasses.

Thanks Kathy for your comment.As I've written in the script, It's actually a vegetable knife that I used intentionally to not cut through the eggplant skin, so no harm should've been expected. I really appreciate your stepping by though, and I promise you😚 that next time, the Subs will be bigger.

I used Vienna beef sausage this time. You may try any type you like, but I'd recommend sausages with less than 20% fat for this recipe, otherwise the taste would be too dense
