Thank you for your question, The thickness of the jig is adjusted on a case-by-case basis, but as a general rule, when the patient wears the jig, there is no occlusal contact between the teeth, and the occlusal space between the upper and lower molars is the smallest. In this case, the occlusal space between the upper and lower teeth is about 1mm, which is equivalent to the thickness of the splint that will be made for the patient for the treatment of bruxism.

how do you determine palatal thickness of the jig ? iI looks very random and also the vertical dimension
