Sevran was a city of 93, 93270 postal code of this one and when he say 27, he talk about 93"27"0 so it's a ref to represent he's city in 93. One of more thugest in france. 93, 94 75(paris) 13 are like america with differents country "california, , texas and other ones" parts of france with lot of city's and in all of them, 93 was the most dangerous if you take care about publics statistics of criminality.

man, I'm Belgian on the border of France and I would like his words to take effect because I'm becoming racist, twice I've had my car stolen. It's not funny when you're looking for your car to go to work and you see nothing. the problem here is that young people grow up faster than parents. And me, little white guy, I suffer frustration and if I have the misfortune to destroy a guy from a minority, I would be a racist and I will be waiting to receive 15 bullets because I won 1vs1 or 1vs2,3 , they will come at 15. I love Kery James, he's a singer with the right lyrics. at the time, it was said that French rap was 10 years late but I would have preferred 20 years late because now it's guys in leggings shooting balls

I actually think Kery James is right but you have to give a look at the entire society. The thing is there is a lot of social inequality in France, it takes you 13 generations to climb the social ladder, and that's a fact, society doesn't help you to climb up if you're not coming from a family with heritage (and that's real for black, white, arabians, whatever color you are). On the other side, you have to keep in mind that there is also a lot of white people living under the povertiness line in France. Medias are here to divide us and make people believe it's the other side's fault because the day white people and people from immigration realise that they are in the same shit boat, it will hit hard the society. Also, there is a problem of racism everywhere, not only on one side, but it often comes with poverty and a lack of education (+medias brainwashing everybody). Ghettos can be really violent, that a truth, but that's also the state's fault, because for me, they did let this shit happen in purpose. You know why ? Because people kill each other, and find their own ways to make money like selling weed, and agress only poor people like them, so you don't need to bother about them if you are on that golden tower. Also, the fact that they don't make cannabis legal in France is a way to buy a social peace (keep in mind that illegal money is counted in the GDP of a country). Tomorrow if you remove that possibility to make illegal money from the ghettos, they will be on fire, so politics won't take that risk. And it's NOT a health decision. So why would they bother ? Ghettos do their own life, they don't annoy rich people, they are not competitive in this game, and they just fight each others to buy shits from the capitalism (things they miss, because they don't have money), while poor white people are just alcoholics and racists because politics make them believe it's immigrants fault if their life is shit, so you don't have to take care of neither of them. In the end, people with privileges can just go on with their lives and not give a fuck about the poorest, why would they ? The only way to make things move is to educate people equally and give them some capacity to analyse the society, but politics would'nt gain from that, neither capitalistic system. That's it. Also, in France I would say, I don't feel that there is some color skin based racism anymore, it's more like a cultural shock with religion. Islam is a big subject in France, more than your color tbh. But there is also a lot of historical stuff behind (colonization of Algeria), left party who went completely "care bears" with this subject, ignoring that there was a cultural shock between people, France being always condescendant and arrogant in regards of these topics (also for Senegalese "Tirailleurs" riflemen), terrorism attacks the last years,.... So it's a complex subject, and you need a lot of knowledge about sociology and history to understand what actually happened. Our story is kinda different from US.

Also I will make it really simple : The World is dominated by capitalism and money. The actual world system DOESN'T need people to THINK, they need people to PRODUCE and CONSUME. That resumes for me everything. You don't need to educate them for this purpose. And Education is for me the answer at all these problems.

After WW2, France needed alot of workers to help rebuild the country. They built huge housing projects in different districts around the capital Paris. Many immigrants came from French colonies and help rebuild the nation and work in the manufacture industry. These 1st generation of immigrants are now old. They were promised many different social benefits that either weren't given or didn't meet expectations. I don't know if it's still the case, but I know for a fact that in the early 2000's, some housing projects were so dangerous, depending on the emergency, the French police didn't even go inside. There's videos on youtube where you can watch the police getting hit with rocks and gunshots, baseball bats, molotov cocktails just for entering the area. Kids throwing shit at them from the buildings and sometimes from the ground. It's chaos. Gangs used to make their own laws in those projects... but it may have change. It's been almost 20 years since I moved to Canada. The way some of those housing projects are built is perfect for crime to grow. Gangs used to have their stash appartments on the top floors so whenever the police were coming hard at them trying to bring their operation down... by the time law enforcement got to the top levels, the stash was already gone.
