This is the procedure I had a little over a week ago. My doctor strongly advised me to remove my uterus as there were large fibroids, but I absolutely refused and she referred me to a surgeon for a myomectomy. This is the second time I've had this surgery and even though I'm in my late 40s, I did not want to lose even a slight chance of getting pregnant.

I`d suffered from 3 big fibroids and my personal healthcare professional explained that I must have a hysterectomy. However by adhering to fibroids treatment plan, ∪nique Sopomaz Slan (please Goo ogle), eighty percent of fibroid tumors are completely gone or has shrunk.

I tried the 3-step approach that show in this particular fibroids med ication, ∪nique Sopomaz Slan (please Goo ogle) and 2 weeks after I had been arranged for an ultrasound check: it absolutely was amazing. The fibroid had greatly reduced in size to 2.3 centimetres.

........... Fibroid Treatment ........... As a sign of gratitude to Dr. Taiwa Abu for how he completely cured my wife from fibroid, I decided to reach out to those still suffering from this Disease. My wife suffered from fibroid for more than 6 year of marriage after our first son and it was really tough and heartbreaking for me because she was my all and the symptoms were terrible, she had irregular and painful menstrual flow and the size of it was 6cm, and she always complain of stomach pain. We tried various therapies prescribed by our neurologist but none could cure her. I searched for a cure and I saw a testimony by a woman from the UK who was cured and so many others with similar body problems, and she left the whatsapp number.. +2349047218377 of the doctor who had the natural cure for fibroid. I never imagined fibroid has a natural cure if not surgery not until i contacted him and he assured me my wife will be fine. I got the herbal medication he recommended and my wife used it as instructed by Dr.Taiwo , and,after 4 weeks we went to the hospital for a scan and the doctor confirmed that there is no trace of fibroid and now she is fully okay, even up till this moment she is so full of life. fibroid has a cure and it is a herbal cure contact doctor, Dr. Taiwo Abu for more information about this natural treatment....... you can contact Dr. Taiwo by: Email: [email protected] ..... OR Call/WhatsApp him on: +2349047218377

Are these done in a pregnant, non-pregnant state or both? If so, what gestational age limits?? Thanks
@travismccoymd4 жыл бұрын
I greatly prefer the nonpregnant state due less concern about any complications. Laparoscopically, Ive done them up to 8 weeks or so but the blood vessels are so much larger then

At 12:36 you guys are pointing to the obliterated umbilical artery but it's labeled superior vesical artery...previous to this it was identified as the terminal branch of the anterior division of the internal iliac which is the obliterated umbilical artery.

Why not do a hysteroscopic septum incision instead of a more complicated surgery like TA cerclage for the second patient? I have many patients who underwent incision of the longitidunal septum together with the uterine septum and eventually had term deliveries. Dr. Bulent Urman
@travismccoymd7 жыл бұрын
Of course that was done as well, The septum was not her only problem, but she also had an anatomically abnormal cervix that was underformed in the midline and had minimal central integrity, which was the reason for the additional cerclage placement.
@kristigermain8347 жыл бұрын
It really irritates me when I read about IC and the fact that all of these doctors like to say that a 2nd trimester loss is a :painless delivery" that may have been the case for the patient. But that is not usually the case. It was very painful for me. Labor is labor, they should know that.
@travismccoymd7 жыл бұрын
It is not a painless delivery. Any delivery at that gestational age will be painful. They usually mean that it is painless cervical dilation or opening. The delivery process is nearly always painful

Necrotic fibroids are those that have started to die from lack of nutrients or other reasons. Basically they break down and are very soft and "rotten"
