Has a bit of preservative "slime" in there when you open it so add a few tablesppons of water and heat slowly. Pour the water off. Spread thinly on one side of a heated tortilla and add chopped onion and a little shredded cheese. Actually, it was pretty tasty I made five or six. 🎉

@nhguy9950 Like cheese quesadillas, but with chicken added. I forgot pepper, garlic powder and little dried parsley or cilantro are nice. A touch of salt on the inside edge of the tortilla always. Good review. 👍 You can make chicken salad if you do the heating, drain the water and add chopped celery and mayo (don't let any of this sit out you'll get food poisoning).

@nhguy9950 Lol. I noticed since you don't have front pads your toes hang off the front a bit more than me and I think it looks for a more relaxed angle. My front toes are a little further back on tiptoes and more splayed outwards around front pads.

@@soupnazi81no. As soon as I bought it a couple years ago I had to tilt it forward right away. I was having problems excellerating. I was riding standing back then. I learned seated riding last winter and I kept it on the same settings. I think it's tilted 3 degrees forward.

@@nhguy9950 nice. I used to have my OG Sherman tilted back +2 then eventually did neutral on it and then neutral on my Sherman S since I wanted better braking. Tried - 1 and - 2 foreard and it's nice for acceleration and even carving. I gotta do more seated practice since it seems so twitchy and sketchy. I notice you don't have front pads which help with acceleration standing but get in the way of seated riding

@soupnazi81 yeah. I took them off. I pretty much always ride seated now. I like it better than standing. I have to practice on my seated to standing/and vice versa while moving.

Awesome. I have that same knockoff seat on my Sherman S. I feel like I'm gonna fall off the back a bit. Do you find seated riding twitchy? I find it's a bit cramped and my knees get tired sitting.
