Food for your soul

Food for your soul is an eclectic channel devoted to sharing scripture, looking at current events from a biblical world view , advice on healthy living from over 35 years in medicine and good ole farm living and ways to enjoy a wholesome lifestyle.
We will look at how to eliminate processed foods, the science behind ways of eating including intermittent fasting , a ketogenic diet and using foods to overcome chronic disease. Food for your soul is more than food for the body but for the body, mind and spirit. Learning that being still, meditating on God's word, prayer and wholesome eating will return your body to health. It more simple than you think-but not necessarily easy. Lets grow as a community, and thrive in this world and the Kingdom of God.
In addition we will look at the benefits of natural sunlight, living the country life and tips on farm living from composting, to growing food and flowers to working with horses and more.

Yes , we need to not believe everything we are told at face value but question, research and ask God. He has often given me leads, guidance and heads up. But , it’s hard to hear from him if we don’t have a relationship with him. And we also need to to think broader. It’s often more than one actor. We need to share , be aware, be very Leary of taking things into our bodies. I have suspicions that the swabs they use to test things like the “C” which are mostly made overseas could easily be pre -inoculated . I have not had the “c” but also won’t get tested. Just saying. Our advisory the devil roams around like a Lion looking for someone to devour. I prefer not to make that easy.
