That Burger place needs to close down! It is filthy and disgusting. The cooker is dirty and burnt and the deep fryer looks like it’s never been cleaned! Just look at the sides and corners! That oil looks like it’s been sitting there for days and overly used and reheated time and again. All that oil & grease stuck on the sides and on the frying basket as well! This is a disaster waiting to happen. Food poisoning come knocking!!! How on earth did this food outlet get the go ahead to cook in such conditions? Even the floor is dreadful and that chef is not even wearing an apron. Her T-shirt is full of dirt. And why is she poking and prodding on that chicken burger with her bare finger? As for the chicken burger, it looks bland, undercooked and utterly unappetising. Meanwhile no salad or greens? Come on ‘That food Box’, you definitely can do better than this! This is shocking service. There needs to be constant inspection from the Authorities and a hefty fine be imposed for people as such that donot comply to the health and safety guidelines. Thank you for posting this video. This is a constructive criticism to help improve services of this kind. The world is watching and this is not a good reflection of food prepared in Fiji. People need to be vigilant and report such things to help improve services of this kind. It’s for the good of all. Thanks again for your effort and looking forward to more videos. Keep it coming 🙏

Living in nakasi for 5 years as an expat...i use to walk/run along that nausori nakasi road on weekends..watching this video takes me back in time...i miss Fiji

What do they do with all the left over fish? Almost looks like they are over fishing. Keeping fish out in the open air it wont keep very long! Better with some ice or refrigeration . I am sure they can reuse some as bait. And some as animal feed. Does it go into a cannery at the end of the day?

Not at all. This video is made early morning. By end of the day they will get sold. They are all freshly caught. They do have refrigeration or ice storage that is not shown in the video.

Fiji Islands Suva market by 12pm most fish finished all bought. Over fishing? Not really because they from every qoliqolis not only one or two. As for fridges that is they don't bring it to the market as by 12pm all bought.

There is a fish shop inside the market for decades renovated and some sell inside some outside like that. It is always sold fast. Many fish shops there and inside supermarkets.This from 2020 during World Pandemic lockdowns Suva market open mostly and yep everything sold
