Whack the starter with a hammer. I just went through the same thing. Oil filter dumps on the starter every time you change it. Smacked my starter with a hammer from underneath and the brushes came loose and started. Then put a oil filter relocation on the sum b

@@trevorsetzer561 I put rags on top of my starter before I remove the oil filter. It prevents a mess, and any damage to the starter.

As I've stated multiple times, the police were NOT aware that I was near them. The motorcycles were not in a line of sight from the police officers. The officers were on the other side of a solid brick wall, inside the building, having lunch. My being an ass is irrelevant, because the Livermore police department has been known to be incompetent and commit crimes. For instance, I have been pulled over for driving the speed limit (yes, you read that right), and I have been arrested for resisting arrest. Resisting Arrest is a secondary charge. You can't arrest someone for resisting arrest, it's unlawful. Fact of the matter is that the Livermore PD is full of idiots.

You could google the crime rates, but I can tell you that no. When I moved here in 2002, one of the reasons was the low crime rate. Livermore is a former small town, known for the Nuclear Laboratory and Vineyards. It used to be a cowboy town, and it tries to keep that heritage. However, in the last 2 years crime has increased. But that's just like car break-ins, some assaults, and theft. Police here aren't needing SBRs to clear buildings CBQ/CQC style. They're basically pissing away tax dollars on cool toys. These people don't have the need to justify the expense, and they lack the training and experience for these types of weapons.

You give these guys way too much credit. It's not like they were in the military in a special operations unit.... but I was. After recording this video, I performed my circles, and did a recon looking for these officers. They were on the other side of the block, in downtown, inside a restaurant having lunch. There was a solid brick wall between them and the bikes. They did NOT have eyes on their own equipment. You are wrong, and owe me an apology.
