I don't know from where you got the information. Taksang monastery which you told and show in this film that is not in Arunachal prades. It is in Bhutan. A little hiking need to visit this place which I did.

These are Tawang's tourist places. Tawang is in Meghalaya not in Arunachal. (Read the caption). Not Taksang Monastery it's Taksang Gompa

T Nagar is 8km from Chennai, adjacent to Mambalam railway station. Mahabalipuram is abt 70 kms from Chennai on ECR n on the way to Pondicherry.
