Please use proper PPE when handling non cured resins.

Yes, non-cured resin is very toxic! Also only curing for 2 minutes doesn't make it biocompatible.

이지온 검스테인 잘쓰고있는데 동영상과 동일한 색으로 진행을 했는데 처음에는 잘나왔는데 이번에 또 진행을 해봤는데 색이 연해요 붉은 느낌이 안들고 핑크느낌이 강한데 혹시나해서 고온에사 한번더 구워봤는데도 역시나 그대로네요 왜구런가요?

How far away from the computer can you be while scanning? If I want to run a remote desktop like splashtop to the laptop, could I use this anywhere in my office (within a 20 ft radius)?

That's a great question! According to 3Shape, it is possible. WIRELESS RANGE - Same room, up to 15 meters (about 49 ft). - Scanning over WiFi possible with TRIOS Share.

Doctus Global의 최범진(Dr. Bruce Choi) 이사님께 직접 여쭤보고 아래에 해당 질문에 대한 답변 공유드립니다: 1. 소성 후 두께부분을 확인해보세요. 저희 이지온 검 스테인을 사용하면서, 우선 약간 두꺼운 부분에 크랙이 생긴다면 몇 가지 원인을 생각해 볼 수 있습니다. 우선, 사용 두께 정확히는 소성후 두깨 부분이 두껍게 사용하고 있는지 확인이 필요합니다. 제가 지르크라운에 올렸던 최대 두께는 대략 1.5mm 입니다. 그 범주에서는 크랙은 발생하지 않았습니다. 단, 그 이상이 된다면 현재 미국 제품인 미요의 권장 두께를 훨씬 넘는 부분이며 이 부분은 이미 제품에 대한 사전 분석이 끝나셨을 거라고 생각하고 있습니다. 2. 소성 스케줄을 확인해보세요. 두번재 원인으로 의심되는 부분은 소성 스케쥴 부분입니다. 특히, 분당 상승온도 그리고 쿨링 조건입니다. 지르코니아라는 재료의 특성상 낮은 열전도성 관계로 천천히 열을 올리고, 정말 천천히 쿨링 스테이지를 가야 합니다. 두께가 그리 두껍지 않은 스테인과 글레이징의 경우는 이런 부분에서 지르와 글라스 두 상이한 재료의 동시팽창 동시수축이 가능하지만 쿨링 조건이 실온(약 25도, 섭씨)과의 갭이 크다면 그 열충격은 고스란히 글라스(스테인)가 받게 됩니다.

Is there a specific way to place connectors on smaller bridges? Usually I place connectors on all crowns. On a recent 4 unit posterior bridge (crown, pontic, crown, crown), I used a sintering frame to help prevent warping. But it still came out a little warped on the inner crown. It had an open margin opposite side to where the pontic was. The outer crowns sat down nicely. Do you have any suggestions on preventing warping? I’ve tried sintering pins on a bridge too and it warped.
