Thank you^^ My best advice is to always be always proactive and know the matchups. In this case the dilo turns slower than omni and has a longer tail, so use that to your advantage. Something to keep in mind: - Omni has slower attack speed, so never facetank anything and use "hit and run" tactics - Vs bigger dinos with stronger attacks like maia or dibble, do some fake attacks, which means to act like you're going in for a bite, and then quickly turn away, so they use an attack, which creates a window for you to get your attack in - Only use pounce when you're right up against the target, so you don't pounce your pack mate - If you're solo, never use pounce, unless its to finish off targets Other then that, just keep play raptor

My absolute favorite dinos to play are omni and dilo. Dilo if I'm in a chill relax mode, and omni if I want to tryhard

For a solo player the best dinos are herrera , or cera . Omnis and dilos usually need a pack to not struggle in fights

@@Rain-DK-f7s You can switch positions on someone you're pouncing by pressing A and D, by the way. This allows you to move out of the way if they're trying to hit you into a tree. Just sit on their back and they can't do anything except try to buck you off.

Its not worth as solo omni as it uses a lot of stam to swich the positions plus the stam of the pounce making u run out of stam very quickly for barely any damage​@@f1p3r40

No it’s not, probably the maia player was still stuck in legacy combat style. The new maia have a huge moveset definitively can win a 1vs1 to a raptor. They can change stance and kick in any direction, they can attack while running, stomping and body slam…

it will always exist when people refuse to use the attacks made to prevent it, like this maia did

Tapping e. It's much slower when you're juvie, but usually only takes 3 taps when you're full grown and can then get the organs out

only thing is the hold lmb stomp DOES do a lot of damage, and maia can stun, so a lot of good maia players right now can pretty much destroy anything. Other than that though yeah maia's damage is pretty weak.
