Hey Tony, Thanks for posting. My daughter just bought one of these pianos and it needs similar work. Does one of you videos show how you opened the top and lifted it back to expose the keys and circuitry? I have the manual but it doesn't have any service instructions.

Most helping video that i ever watched of a million so far.Thank you . Such a inspiring video. I have a Yamaha p-35 , no sound from G4 to C6 , I dissembled and observe the circuit , checked the connectors, there are some suspect spots on solders and some unmasked parts etc. diots seem ok but need to be checked. I made some cleaning with alcohol but no fix. The spares are available online and cost about 80 Pound + import taxes . But i try first to fix and ordered a simple multi meter to trace the circuit. I have the circuit schemes also. I'm not good on soldering and need some training first i guess . But finding the faulty path will be most important thing and make my day i think lol.

i have CN3. and no sound on speakes, I have checked the voltage on speakers terminal and it was 8.65V on Both, isn't that weird?

Not too sure about that model? Do you get any sound out of the headphones or the line out at the back? this will tell you if your Piano is at least working in some way. Is that a DC voltage that you are measuring? Can swap out the speakers with some test speakers. There are many tests you can do to fault find its a process of elimination. Try different things eventually you get to the problem by finding out what is working. Let me know how you go.
