If your elbow goes behind your back, that's because you are too close to the snare drums... You look tall and the drumset isn't really ergonomic for you in that manner, just like those drums would need new drumheads as soon as possible.

It's funny this is exactly what both drum teachers I used to have would emphasize on a lot. It's important! This is how you learn to keep tempo even when switching the frequency of your guiding hand strokes, which you need for basically every fill ever.

Ciao, si in effetti c'è una discrepanza tra quello che suono qui e il libro. In realtà ti confesso che non mi ricordavo correttamente il ritmo quando l'ho suonato quindi ho spostato il rullante nel 4. Comunque tu cerca di farlo come scritto nel libro che così impari a far pratica con il rullante anticipato.
