@@pawelnotts hi yes you are correct. It was sold at £1,250,000 but sadly the buyers personal circumstances changed last minute so we have put it back on. Already got plenty of interest not surprisingly 😄

For over a million quid & comes with no garage but has planning permission…. Behave yeah!! I know ow the area very well & to be honest the house is overpriced for what your getting!!

Hi Thank you for your message. Are you looking for something specific I can help you find? Nowadays, not everyone wants a garage -especially as the house comes with a very large driveway. If it had a garage it would be priced a bit higher . Thanks 👍

@@theavenuenataliefreeman2367 I have 6 cars, theres no room there for me to put 3 double garages!…. Like I said I know the area well & personally I think the house is overpriced for what you’re getting. I found a plot of land 18 months ago out in Lincolnshire & built what I wanted, as nice as they are there not worth what your asking, wish you all the luck with your sales tho.

Hi Darren, wow 6 cars!! Not many people have 6 cars. So no wonder you want more garage space lol 🙌 At least you managed to build your own place which sounds awesome. The property is definitely worth more than this price hence "offers over ". Not sure if you are familiar with this area, but it's a more premium location where property prices demand a higher value . For an example, the House next door sold for around £1,000,000 with a lot less square footage, lower spec and no paddock. So its definitely priced well 😊 Take care 👍

Thanks Jason! It has been beautifully maintained by the current owners despite only being built in 2021. It will certainly make the perfect family home 🏡
