Right on! Accessibility is key. Bill Hewlett demonstrated that. Peter Drucker demonstrated it. Especially with his students. When I needed to check an idea for a project in a class I took from him, he said "call me, I'm in the book". I was stunned to find him in the Claremont white pages. Even more when I realized it was him actually answering. I was so miss-trained in big biz where the leaders are protected by legions of gatekeepers. Anywhere else I would have to offer my firstborn! Francis Hesselbein had similar experiences (“Learning from Peter Drucker and the Girl Scouts”, Colleen Leahey, Fortune November 7, 2011)

Prof. Cooperrider, this video is a great source of inspiration. I'm surprised to learn that this video has been uploaded for 12 years and is still relevant today. I came here from a link that was included in our course. I appreciate it a lot. - Guru Penggerak Angkatan 9 (Indonesian Change Agent Teachers Batch 9)

The emergence of an Educated Society, The importance of international development, The decline of the nation-state, The collapse of the viability of non-Western cultures. This was his assessment of the post war realities. Lacking some context, but all true at the time, but today, I wonder what he would make of things given: Capitalism has incentivised the dumbing down of society to maintain itself in the face of its declining outcomes for ever growing numbers in the west as it declines. Western international development funds are regularly being declined in preference of eastern international development funds as they don't come with strings attached such as demands for mass rampant internal privatisations of publicly owned assets and resources to better suit western capitalism. The nation state only declines in times of economic plenty. In times of scarcity the ideology of the nation state rises as the right look for applicable scapegoats to misdirect blame away from the failures of capitalism and the centrists team up with them behind the scenes to ensure any opposition to what capitalism is doing (usually left wing) is crushed, which only further worsens the situation towards tyranny in the end as those who make peaceful change impossible make violent ones inevitable. And the non western cultures are now the rising and soon to be dominant socioeconomic cultures of this earth, and only collapsed due to circa 400 years of western capitalism bleeding them dry and setting them against themselves in order to maintain that. The west had it all, wealth, power, respect, dignity, and we have thrown it all away in pursuit of what capitalism demanded of us unto the weak, that being contempt for those without wealth, sociopathy to protect our wealth, and shear murderous militaristic greed to make it grow. These, are the blood soaked incentives of capitalism, they are the reason there is war in Europe, that we across the EU are going broke and that I am struggling to keep the lights on while freezing, and they are the reason NATO expanded constantly and needlessly, post the fall of the USSR, leading us inevitably to today, a faltering declining west, and a rising east. All done so because it was highly profitable to the capitalist minority and their corporations, to do so. We are led by fools opposed by jesters, all put there by the desires and machinations of the minority capitalist classes who've bought politicians and media across all sides and platforms to manufacture consent for whoever the hell they want who will give them what they want, no matter who the people vote for at the time. Vote for red or blue or pink with green spots, they have bought the minds of enough politicians across enough nations that it will never be a vote against Goldman Sachs. I cannot help but think he may well weep at our mistakes, and the cost of them to future generations will be immeasurable. If there are any.

Yeah like how to fire a bunch of front line workers and double the workload of leftover employees. Then use A.I. programs as applied psychology to make them see the "positives" of the change without them complaining... lest they be seen as negative or disruptive.
