Hope to see you again. On another note: I am impressed by the heartiness of the finished platter: lovely, ample steak accompanied by stuffed baked potato. My kind of dinner!

Next time you make a steak, see if you can tell the difference after removing it from the pan you cooked it in and letting it rest before serving. Also, like the 1st comment stated, music is too loud during the closing minute. Overpowers your voice. 15:11
