Thank you for sharing, Hana sensei.I used to be a fellow of bariatric surgery at YMC, and I also use your pattern 2 in laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy during suturing the stapler line. I think it is an excellent technique, sensei.

The problem in real scenerio on living tissue, the sutures are wet, and can't be kept tout and straight for your technique..
