Yeah I watched something like this before. Not good. Elephants probably get beaten into submission.... poor things 😢

Would have been just a little, little bit more believable if the elephant to the left of him did not draw EXACTLY the same image.

He draws like a child. I know tons of people that draw better than this.

If I didn’t see it with my own eyes, I wouldn’t have believed it. She paints in true perspective and even uses shadowing, sees in color, even paints her breaking off a tree branch and eating it and is only six years old!! Signs her name to the painting and NO MISTAKES!That’s f-en incredible! When I was six, I could only paint stick figures. Sell the paintings for a million dollars and use the money to protect her environment. I have to show this video to my friends.

Anyone else wonder about Elephant standards of beauty? The elephant in the painting has long thin legs, maybe that's what elephants find attractive.

This cool & all, but I don't care for the force control. Animals should be able to live on earth.. unbothered by humans.

Suda recognizes a sense of self❤ She obviously knows what an elephant is People need to understand that animals are sentient beings❤ Lobsters feel intense pain Please Please Please don't eat at Red Lobster!! Or eat Octopus or lobster!! Watch my Octopus Teacher They are sensitive, intelligent beings❤ We are the "alien monsters" humans always imagine and write stories about

No wild animal should have to spend hour after hour every day as a captive tourist attraction. Elephants used in tourism have been cruelly treated as babies. They are taken from their mothers and endure horrendous torture in "the crush" to break their spirit. What you see now is an elephant that has known such despair that it no longer has any hope. The mahout stands on the 'other side' of the elephant and by tugging at the elephant's ear (a reminder of pain) and by holding the tusk to guide the paintbrush, it appears the elephant is being creative. If you want to see something creative that is completely natural, watch this kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5yTfoCunbSJpqM

This elephant was expelled from the herd for some reason. The painting skill came on its own as this elephant needed to be separated from the herd. I believe this may be an autistic elephant It's just a theory i came up with Elephants are highly intelligent Maybe they can suffer from autism the same as we can?

Everyone is so cheerful in the comments, whereas the poor elephants had been conditioned to paint by PHYSICAL interactions of the Humans caregivers (It aint the good term, Torturers) It’s so sad that just for making a bit of money, they have to make the Animals suffer like this ) :

Should’ve known this is too good to be true. When it’s actually an elephant’s creative decision-making that goes into the work (e.g. Ruby at the Phoenix Zoo), the result is a very abstract piece- same goes for chimpanzees and any other non-human creature capable of painting. This elephant is just following a set routine, guided by the human trainer, and it’s almost certain that there’s been animal abuse involved in the training process. Disgusting.
