Sadness is like a remembrance of an event to me now. The feeling comes and goes. I don’t deny it or beat myself up for feeling it. It just is. And that has made all the difference. Thank you, Aliki ❤

I needed this reminder to take some conscious breaths right now 😀 I shall take some time in nature tomorrow, you're so right, it always feels wonderful when you stop to appreciate every sight, sound, and smell around us when we're somewhere like you were.

Wow…. This has been really helpful in dealing with repressed emotions. I’ve always felt like I had to search for a reason or event associated with these feelings. You explained this so well. Thank you.

I lived so much in psychological time, never understanding that I could change this. It’s has been an awakening for me that has brought me peace and calm in my life. Always a work in progress and the awareness has made all the difference.

I spend so much time in psychological time - particularly the future as that often feels so much more exciting than the present. Thank you for sharing. Lots of food for thought!

Thank you for your honesty. Every time you notice you've been caught up in thinking about the future is so valuable. See if you can make it a habit to notice...

This resinates with me Alice, i get to much of old memories or future dreams and not present memories or activities or pictures.

Living in the present is very different from the mind-created world that we're accustomed to. There is a complete absence of past and future, memories and imagination, and there is a oneness with life that uncovers the hidden riches of your true nature, as you will discover...

Remember that psychological time only exists in your mind. All the fears and regrets are part of a mental story. Be aware of when you're spending your day in that story instead of keeping your appointment with life.
