I have EPSON L350. I use it regularly. While I was printing images they started coming out green. The ink levels are in the middle and above. I did the cleaning g cycles and o ly the magenta doesn't appear. What do I do? Thanks inadvance

@@itech4 Hello. Thanks for your reply. The printer is two and a half years old. I use genuine Epson ink. I turned off the printer for 24 hours and the problem is the same. The power button does not work because the printer does not turn off when I press it. I tried various combinations, e.g. B. Pressed the power button and the Color button for 15 seconds, still nothing. I opened the printer and there is no paper residue.

There should be a paper sensor, and the sensor is disabled. Find it and clean by wet cotton
