I always remember my 9th grade English teacher was like this. She wanted a binder(the ones you zip close), a 5 subject notebook, 5 marble notebooks, 5 single subject notebooks, 5 folders, and a pencil bag with wholes to put in the binder. My mom refused to but all that for one class(she wanted it all and wanted it kept in the classroom so we could only use it when she handed it out)and the teacher yelled at me to walk to Walmart myself and buy it and I said how am I suppose to buy things I can’t afford and she threatened to fail me. I didn’t buy the stuff, we definitely didn’t even use it, and she refused to ever give me a A because I didn’t spend money on a mountain of paper.
