wow, this is great... i've learned alot.... i'm currently in my final year taking bachelors in Computer Science, i'm so passionate about UI/UX design coming from a graphics and design background... i think i'm encouraged bearing in mind this is a talk from our own....i also have this question with me, as a UI/UX designer, do you need to be super good with programming, like developing the code of the interface you just developed ? and the second question is, How is the market for UI/UX design in our country ? thank you

Cybril wasn't supposed to go home, but the moment she was asked if she is going to take the blame, she said no,that was a wrong answer.. By the end of the day as a team leader you are automatically the boss, and the boss has to take the blame for his or her company not blame the staff for work not done because that's your company, you run it.
