If your in the USA, there not worth buying with shipping costs, and distance traveled. I guess you can buy a used one . I'll stick to a good 100 watt modeling amp with bluetooth, and lot of channels so Ican create my owns tones(tube amps also),for practically the same cost as a Harley Benton.

Next - mount the neck at a 90 degree angle on the body (yes, the guitars body).

You could use pickups with different characteristics for each pair of strings, could help with dynamics
@gymhayes4613Ай бұрын
Guitarists finally figure out all pick ups on is better. Next they will figure out pick ups dont pick up vibrations of the instrument and tone wood doesnt matter with electrics. The bassists have been waiting a long time for you to join reality.
@BrunodeSouzaLinoАй бұрын
They won't because it's convenient for guitar brands to sell this idea, otherwise people won't buy multiple guitars.
@maxonmendel5757Ай бұрын
so are the pickups wired to the tone pots like jazz bass wiring? I've had trouble using multiple volume controls before

Interesting. Maybe you can use one of those single coil sized humbuckers next time and align the pole pieces with strings, so it would work as a 6x6 gigant pickup 😂
@ereimul1444Ай бұрын
interesting. would want to try this out too.
@user-um5yg4ed4jАй бұрын
do 4 knobs, no bridge, one master volume and you can blend your 3 singles independantly, so it has a built in EQ, thik that'd be neat
@user-um5yg4ed4jАй бұрын
id do indemendant volumes for each of the 3 pickups, theres probably some weird oprimization of darker windings for heavier strings but otherwise it would be a bass mids and treble split where you can eq it indavidualy and still get the full pickup working for each section of your frequency responce

I have 1 of these, but currently not working properly, but mine has a SILVER face plate! I got it for FREE! I have its bigger brother the Bluetongue 50, it's a KILLER amp! You'd be suspired how good it sounds for a 'cheap' Aussie amp!

Evokes memories of the late, great Stuart Adamson. He used ebows extensively, particularly on early BC work. Check out ‘The Storm’ and ‘Porrohman’, loads of live footage out there for some excellent live ebow. And it’s never a bad thing to summon the spirit of Stuart. Hope you enjoy using it live, really unique and underused sound.

Depends on what you define as 'work'! Boiling does not fix metal fatigue, esp with heavy wound strings, but it will removed the built up gunk that will dampen those strings! So for that, it does work to a point!

My 2d. In all your audio comparisons, the HB sounds clearer, more articulate, more pleasant. The Street Cube is too boomy to my ear, and I have thought the same while listening to other street buskers using them.

I don't know Boss? I thought the Harley Benton, was superior in all aspects in what it was used for in this video. I have nothing against the Roland Cube, But the price point, Weight, Rechargeable, Bluetooth capable. The HB is just better. As far as "Amp. Modeling" goes? one multi-pedal covers that if needed, Cost well under $100.00. Yup Your daughter has a lovely voice.. I prefer the Harley Benton, For me no question.

Taking that apart and seeing how it's put together would probably tell you more. I went down the amp repair rabbit hole on youtube one day, and it was eye opening. Most amps are not well made or put together logically. This includes the big names and boutique. There are only about 3 or 4 brands I'd buy now.
