I lived on the KOS-2 whaler in the 60s and Kos-1 was scrapped and sunk as part of a artificial reef. Kos-2 was built in 1929 and joined K-1 in the early 70s . K-2 was refitted in a Brisbane dry dock the 60s and was used as a reef fishing boat.
