Liked the demo and the commentary. The music, though dampened during commentary, was still as loud as the speaking voice. Choice was to bear it for sake of commentary or watch in silence.

With the infrared thermometer you are measuring razor thin surface temperature that is affected very much by the ambient air and the sunlight. That is the reason the difference was too much. You can notice that the surface temperature increased very quickly around noon.

Nice. I never had a pool, but I did have a pond and then, well, the front yard! The little lady is developing a bad habit, breaking the risk. She needs you to use the arm. It's time to get to a pond and some bluegills. Children love to catch fish, and bluegills are a good fish for that.

@@pheasanttales7607 a few suffers and just little ones rising but when I hooked with a smaller one I noticed a big one chasing it so I put a stone pony on and hooked right into the big boy a good 18 plus inches. And many other nice ones after that

I struggle with seeing the leader in the sunlight and tried this hi vis low memory stren last summer and liked it. Seemed a bit more stretchy than the amnesia and wasn’t too stiff in the cold. I’m always experimenting with different stuff. Are you using straight amnesia?

@@pheasanttales7607 well I've tried different coplyomers ,nylons,from Royal barnell To Chinese junk and everything in between,from ya know the technique wev'e all been using for years winter steelhead fishing, Amnesia is cheap and bright,stren handles better,but for tight lining for trout for the last 25 years i just use old level thin
