@@gregfredrick283 We had alittle dry spell and it ended up being short. Than the weather just kept pounding it and the wildlife hit it hard.

Its worth getting what you can. The money was already spent to plant it. I'm ready for mud again. The driveways are solid ice and its dangerous walking anywhere.

For what I had into it to plant wasn't as good as it should have been but turned out better than it looked. I think it ended up around 60 bushels to the acres. I wish the corn I chopped would have made it, I think it would have done better. I wanted to do a video how it turned out but I've misplaced the weight tickets. Eventually I'll find them in my messed up filing system. 🤣🤣

To the Einstein that said do headlands first……. My grandpa opened fields that way because he didn’t own a combine back in the late 60s. They cleaned up all they knocked down. Loved your video.

We built it ourselves so it didn't cost as much as if you were to have one built. Had the almish cut all the wood for us and we built it.

Tip ups are regarded. Use another rod & a rod holder or a jaw jacker. Makes no sense to hand line a fish with an awkward setup that gets tangled & frozen

We used to go ice fishing until our lake started growing 50+ inch jack that could wrangle a 10 pound bass. So we don’t go there anymore 😂 we go there in the summer to have fun catching them with rods though.
