I'm using this particular model even to this day. I upgraded the gpu to a low-profile RX 550 and ram to 8gb ram around 2020. Prolly, this is one of the best HP sff have ever made. Easy to disassemble and easy to upgrade. Also does not have a lot of proprietary bullshit like a pre-built pc today.

I would go for the Lenovo Tab M11 since it has 8GB of RAM rather than 4 (only on the LTE model), similar processing power, expandable storage, a headphone jack, a better camera, and depending on the storage, a pen. However, if you want a better display, then go for the Honor Pad X9 since it is 2.5k instead of 1200p and has a refresh rate of 120hz rather than 90. Hope this helps!

The processor handles google docs smoothly. I haven’t tested google sheets but they should run fine too. The performance isn’t amazing but is good for the price. If you are looking at purchasing one for anything more than light web browsing or video streaming then look at buying the LTE model since it has 8GB of RAM rather than 4GB (I have the LTE model).
