I heard the reason he doesn't say her real name is.....he just couldn't, he's embarrased to say her real name. This anime is not about romance. There's only 30 minutes of romance between these two. And yet, their relationship is so precious and romantic and eclipses 9/10 romance animes out there. You can see exactly when and where they started trusting each other completely.
