Best trade made lots of sense for me because Minnesota added lots of toughness outside shooting and got rid of its largest contract while not getting. worse !!! I can tell you that Randle will play better in the playoffs and healthy better with Gobert. I just hope he stays w Minn and wins !! NY filled a larger need for its team but not a true cenner.. I watch basketball he is a future HOF however he somehow gets worst on defense in the playoffs he is not a good 1 on 1 defender, can't switch, not mobile enough to switch to wings or guards and when he does he gets cooked bro got passed around by Derrick Lively and Daniel Gafford also don't forget that Karl Anthony Towns was a better defender guarding Jokic then the 4 time defense player of the year I like Rudy but he should have been traded over Kat or just keep the current squad and bench Rudy in closing moments.

Bruh it aint that confusing. Randle was going to walk unless he got a max contract, and the Knicks were not going to give him one. People are acting like Randle was legit superstar (he's not). 2+ years ago I would have traded Julius Randle for a bag of balls he was so toxic and turnover happy especially in the final seconds. He always wanted to be the number one option and whined and became a slacker on defense when he wasn't happy. Let me not even get started on his playoff performance. My biggest regret in this trade is losing Donte.

I can see why the Wolves made the trade KAT has a max contract with the new CBA his contract would prohibit future trades Ant Man is the focus of the team, Rudy is the defensive glue of the team . They add a shooter , maybe a trade piece and future cap flexibility for a guy on a max deal who might not be worth a max deal. As a Nets fan I love the trade because I don’t think KAT is mature enough to handle NYC and the media long term which makes their picks better for the NETS .
