The only video you need to become a great windsurfer. The more of Robby’s maneuvers shown here that you can learn to duplicate the greater windsurfer you’ll be. Personally, so far I’ve only been able to master the beach start and water start, but then I’ve only been at it a couple decades.

I learned on a mistral board at 16....still go at 50 on my old school mistral competition...Robby Son of Poseidon...Prince of the Ocean...Legend.

Being a prodigy helps figure out where to our your feet. Great guy. Helped me submit a board design to Iggy when his dad was out of the Kailua shop I said “is ____here?” Response, “no, will I do?”. Beat board I ever had. Forgot, he added “thin tail like Robby’s”

I met Robbie in San Francisco in 1986 for a World Cup event and he was so nice and my idol at the time, kinda still is for me. He took pictures with me and my then wife...polaroid lol and he just talked to us while he was rigging his sail....amazing
