I'm not laughing. There have been reported sightings in the area, but I'm not scared. I gotta go somehow, some way. If it turns out to be death by sasquatch, so be it. How epic would that be? 😄

@@tonette9532 Indeed lolX Then, I think they try avoiding people as best they can. In my other country, Australia, we have a similar creature they call the Yowie. Some of the reports seem mighty convincing. In parts, there is plenty of remote bushland that remains more or less untouched. Stay safeX

Just remember if you have to use the propane for heat you have some form of air movement because of the fumes it releases carbon monoxide so you do need air movement

I never thought about it, but where do the totem faces come from, on a totem pole? Are they for scaring spirits away, or attracting them? If i were to make one with my totem animals, there would be a wolf, a turtle, a crow, a pony, a deer, a panther, and a chipmunk. I guess that's seven. I believe there are supposed to nine in a lifetime. I grew up dreaming about wolves. Wolf, turtle and chipmunk were all animals that made themselves stand out to me. I was told i had a wolf spirit, because i was devoured by a pack of wolves in a dream that was more vivid than anything i'd experiences before, and not since except for meditation. The pony was a signal to me, about events in my life at the time. Deer and panther too. Panther, awesome power animal.. just whew! I held my breath first time i saw him.. I might add another one from my childhood, if i knew whether or not it counts as an animal. Bees. If i ever spoke in tongues, it was when i stepped on one barefoot as a toddler. May i recommend, High Country Snows to listen to as you winterize? Dan what's his name anyway? lol.. You know who i mean, lol.

@bettertvreceptionwithfoilf7100 There is a fascinating background on the original totem poles, but this one is for art's sake with no particular agenda except making something beautiful out of a century-plus dead tree. My friend's concept is to include animals that are found in the area and wants to include dogs (the woman who owned the property loved dogs), birds (including hummingbirds, because I love them), and other woodland creatures. The artist said he thought he saw a bear hiding in the wood somewhere. I said maybe it's a sasquatch, and he said maybe... I've seen pictures of some of his work, and I have confidence that he will come up with something awesome. I'm not familiar with the channel that you recommended. I'll check it out. Thanks.

@@erichjort2546 I did that last year. I also used blankets on the windows. The storm door should make a big difference this winter. That is where most of my heat was lost last year. I moved in January, so I had to improvise on a lot of it.

That is so sad. I know it’s hard I just lost one of my dogs 3 weeks ago. Other dog serious anxiety looking for him. She’s calming some but wow it’s hard. Nothing is going well for me right now. My home is my 2021 travel trailer & the slide out has a part sagging letting rain in. We’re getting wind & rain up here in Ky from the hurricane. The rear ended is going out on my truck. It’s tough right now. I don’t know what to do but God will show me something.

I made it to her before she died. She has been living with my son and her other cat friends since I've been living in the hills. She passed less than 5 minutes from the urgent care. She will be missed. 😔
