This was amazing, as a 29yr old I was never taught how to properly communicate or how to know let alone express my feelings/what I feel. Therapy has helped but you have made things a bit clearer, thank you 😊❤ am glad I found your chanelle and may your podcast be fruitful

Hi, this is very interesting! At what point in your lessons do you use these exericses, as soon as the students come in or during an other activity? Or at the end?

At the start of the lessons to set a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Occasionally I would use them at the end of the day too!
