the switch from claying touching her to being alone with everyone leaving was so fast i got whiplash. then i thought about the books and it happened jut as fast there too. poor peril!

I don’t know why, but I like when people make Peril have darker oranges instead of the bright, and fiery scales, I don’t hate it, I just honestly like how it looks that way.

I never actually associated this song with Starflight but after seeing this I will never be able to stop. I genuinely love it when someone finds a song that fits so well and then makes a beautiful animation alongside it.

I can't get over the designs and how this song perfectly fits and the different speech bubble shapes for different characters and the lip sync at the end- I LOVE THIS SO MUCH also, this is now one of my favorite songs

0:48 It’s interesting that throughout the AMV, Moonwatcher has scribbles as pupils (perhaps symbolizing her being overwhelmed/unable to think straight?) opposed to everyone else’s normal circle pupils (like they can see/think clearly). But when Darkstalker starts to speak, her pupils turn into the typical hypnosis twirl (like Darkstalker is hypnotizing her).

Obsessed with the stripes on Clay’s shoulders. They almost look like a burning furnace to fit with Peril’s fiery patterns, but they also remind me of ruffles in old shirts. Such a cool idea.

so good! you are very talented, the emotion in the characters is very palpable, especially between Clay and Peril; a relationship that most do not cover in such a way that Clay's compassion for others and the conflict of someone who's job it is to harm his friends puts them at odds.

i dont know if this was intended, but some of Clay’s markings remind me of furnaces or old style ovens! and Scarlet looks like she’s wearing gloves lol
